The Pearn Family - Search History -

Say Hello to the Campbell's and McCann's.......

Before I get started going on this page I just want to mention on April 1st I requested a search for Amy and John's marriage certificate. The results are surprising!

I'm not sure how it really happened but I ended up installing Ancestry.com Family Tree Maker onto my system. I found it could search their web site for links to my family members. I started searching through the links it provided starting with the Collgren Pearn's.

I wasn't getting much luck till I had made my way to Sidney Herbert Gale. And there she was, Mary Sophie Little. BINGO! I found another genealogist, Julanne Clyde who is working on her ancestry. As it turns out we are something like 4th or 5th cousins once removed.

We have sent several email's back and forth and exchanged a few pictures. The Campbell/McCann tree pictures are posted.

So, here is how it goes. Sidney was married to Mary Little, Mary is the 1st of 9 children of David Robert Little and Flora Campbell. Flora is the 5th of 11 children of Peter Campbell and Sophia McCann. Sophia is the 3rd of 8 children of Alexander McCann and Anna Burkholder. Alex is the only child of Ezekiel McCann and Jane Logan.
